Access to the International Provider Network is provided by Corporate Medical Network™ (CMN™). This network is comprised of both direct relationships with healthcare providers, as well as access to an extended network through our corporate partnerships.

The CMN™ International Provider Network consists of over 10,000 acute care facilities and over 600,000 physicians located in more than 130 countries and territories. Please note that the physician network is comprised of private practices, as well as physicians affiliated with our network of hospitals and clinics worldwide.

Prior to seeking treatment, we recommend that members call into HCCMIS at 1-800-605-2282 or 1-317-262-2132. A designated member of the Case Management team will coordinate all healthcare services and work with the healthcare provider to ensure that direct billing arrangements are in place. Please note that although a provider appears on this list, it does not necessarily mean that direct billing can be arranged. It is advised that you call HCCMIS prior to seeking treatment.
